Lucy T-Director
I started my counselling journey at Childline as a volunteer before doing my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my master's degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. These days I run things here at Offload. When I'm not working, I like swimming, dying my hair weird colours, hanging out with my baby niece and wailing along to pop punk tunes from 2007.

I'm supporting the Offload team with communications and copywriting advice, particularly writing engaging and effective bids. Outside work, you'll find me at gigs, being clumsy at yoga or hanging out with my cat.

I am a volunteer at The Offload Project and I'm super excited to be part of something so unique. I work part time as an Autism Family Advisor and teach a Mind & Body Balance Class on an evening. In my spare time I love to be outside and walk my dog and take as many photos as possible!

I began my counselling journey after qualifying as a teacher & completing a masters degree in Mental Health and Well-being in Education. I’m now training with a Master’s in Person-Centred & Experiential Psychotherapy. I also have a placement with a bereavement service alongside TOP. I love coffee & will often be found sat in a coffee-shop window watching the world go by or binge-watching Greys Anatomy, repeatedly. I like to challenge myself & have recently found a love for running, with a goal of completing a half-marathon in 2023.
