Returns Policy
All items in our store are custom-printed on demand through our partner Printful.com. Since these items are made to order, please do not purchase multiple sizes for try-on purposes. Doing so can have a hugely detrimental impact on our small non profit.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Email returns@theoffloadproject.com with:
Your order number
Photos of the defective item
We will then generate a problem report with Printful.com on your behalf.
Refunds will be processed by Printful.com
Size/Fit Issues
If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Return the item to the address provided in your package
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. We cannot process refunds for items returned more than 14 days after receipt.
Health and Safety
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sealed items such as face masks.
