My placement has been a really positive experience. I have felt trusted and supported throughout. Though i work with Offload remotely, i still feel thought about and included as part of the team.

Being a trainee at The Offload Project is great! Questions or concerns are acknowledged quickly, the induction was informative & the online system is easy to use. I see a range of clients both in-person and online, which are allocated quickly. I couldn't recommend it more!

Offload were my first ever placement as a trainee and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lucy and the team have been so helpful and supportive from day one. They offer a really robust induction for their trainees and are always responsive if I have any questions or queries. They have an accessible and easy online process for online therapy, and a lovely in-person space for face-to-face clients. It's clear how much love and dedication has gone into Offload.
