If you’d like in person sessions, these will take place at our office in Nottingham city centre. This is easily accessible via tram and bus, with the nearest parking options being Upper Parliament Street, Trinity Square and the Victoria Centre.
Online
For those who don’t want to come into town or feel more comfortable with online therapy, we deliver sessions via MS Teams. You do not need to have a Microsoft Teams account to use this platform.
Please note, at this time we are unable to offer a ‘mix and match’ service whereby you choose week by week if you come in face to face or online. This is because many of our therapists are engaging in higher education courses and require specific ratios of in person:online therapy in order to achieve their course quotas.
