In the UK, 75% of all suicides are completed by men. Yet, only 36% of talk therapy referrals are for men. Enough is enough.

Operation Shameless is The Offload Project’s bid to get more men into therapy and prevent mental health crises. But to do that, we need to understand more about the barriers that men encounter when it comes to seeking help.
